Mary Yager serves on FormWood’s Inside Sales team, where she leads order entry operations and helps support customers through responsive service, strong communication, and lasting relationship building. Since joining FormWood in 2001, Mary has played an important role in creating a customer experience built on trust, reliability, and personal connection.
What Mary values most about FormWood is the company’s family-oriented culture and genuine commitment to treating customers with care and respect. She believes customers feel the difference because FormWood approaches every relationship the way they would want to be treated themselves.
What I enjoy most about my work is building great relationships with our customers and teammates. We care deeply about what we do, and we always work to make things right.
