Caitlin Taylor serves on FormWood’s Inside Sales and Customer Care team, where she supports daily order entry and helps ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Since joining FormWood in 2024, Caitlin has enjoyed being part of a collaborative environment built around teamwork and customer support.
Before joining FormWood, Caitlin spent eight years working in the plastics industry within automotive manufacturing. What she values most about FormWood is the people and the company’s commitment to helping customers whenever possible. She believes FormWood’s hands-on approach and attention to customer needs are key reasons clients continue to trust the team.
What I enjoy most about my work is the people. Every order is entered by hand, and there’s a lot of care and attention that goes into making sure customers receive what they need.
