Brian Cave serves on FormWood’s Purchasing team, where he focuses on sourcing and purchasing wood materials that support the company’s production needs. Since joining FormWood in 2025, Brian has enjoyed working in a family-friendly environment alongside a strong team culture.
Before joining FormWood, Brian worked selling woodworking machinery, bringing valuable industry familiarity to his role. What he values most about FormWood is the people and workplace environment. He believes customers ultimately benefit from the care and attention that goes into selecting high-quality materials before they ever reach the finished product.
What I enjoy most about my work is finding a good product and helping pass that quality along to customers.
