Continuous Improvement Engineer
Jordan Pearl serves as FormWood’s Continuous Improvement Engineer, leading efforts to optimize processes, implement standards, and coordinate equipment and workflow improvements across operations. Since joining FormWood in 2025, Jordan has focused on improving efficiency, organization, and overall production performance.
Before joining FormWood, Jordan worked as a Process Engineer for a large linear actuator manufacturer. What he values most about FormWood is the people, strong work-life balance, and the pride employees take in their work. He believes the company’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement is a direct reflection of the team members who care deeply about what they do.
The people are probably the most important part of this work. We make a great quality product, and it is a direct result of people who care about their jobs.
